Dear parents and carers of G30 and G29
Alderman Fenwick’s House, in Newcastle city centre, is once again hosting candlelight performances of ‘A Christmas Carol’ this year. It is a chance to see the story performed in a period setting, during the festive season.
There are both matinee and evening performances and we would really recommend taking your young person to see this if possible. Seeing the works of literature we study performed, is a really valuable way to engage with the story. This will be a great supplement to our work in school for G30 and a brilliant revision opportunity for G29.
