We have not been able to attend the theatre performance this afternoon.
Due to an error on our part, we arrived for the incorrect performance time. There was an earlier performance today which was not advertised on the performance website.
All students are safe and are currently returning to school.
Children can be collected at 3.15pm or can stay in school until the later time advertised if that is more convenient for you.
We sincerely regret this error and any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused the students and you. These errors do happen and we will of course review our processes for external bookings to ensure this does not happen again.
Students have handled this situation wonderfully.
